Shipping and returns
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders are shipped between 1 to 2 business days. Sometimes products are not in stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€14.95 for orders under €250 within the Netherlands.
Free for orders over €250 within the Netherlands.
Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer. Our own staff also delivers larger/heavy products. We will contact you between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM when we will personally deliver the order to you. This applies to orders within 200 kilometers from the zip code 1689 LL.
Pick up orders
Orders can be collected by appointment. If you collect the products from us, we will contact you after the order has been placed. Collection of products is usually possible within 2 to 4 working days.
Reflection period/return
It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You must report your return to us at all times, you can send an email to info@ambiancehomeinterior.nl. This should include your order number.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@ambiancehomeinterior.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Use transparent or fragile tape to seal the box. Do not use duck tape, as this will damage our original product packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on lamps that have already been mounted and hung. We also do not accept returns on marble products.
Damaged products
If a product is delivered to you damaged by PostNL, you must email us clear photos of the received products within 2 days. We would like to receive photos of the packaging and the damaged product. We will contact you as soon as we receive these photos.
