Shipping and returns

We do everything we can to process your order with the utmost care and deliver it to your home as quickly as possible.

Shipping prices

The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

For orders up to €150 within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €6.95

For orders between €150 and €400 within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €14.99

For orders between €400 and €1000 within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €19.99

For orders over €1000 within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €0.00

Below you will find more information about our shipping procedure:

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it. This usually takes 1-3 business days .
  • Delivery time: Delivery time may vary depending on the product.
    • Most products : These will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days after processing.
    • Special items : For certain products, such as handmade products or items that are specially purchased, the delivery time can be up to 5-12 working days .

Why this delivery time?

In order to offer the best quality and unique products, we work together with various specialized suppliers. Some products are only specially produced or shipped from exclusive warehouses after your order. This ensures that you always receive the most beautiful and carefully selected article.

Always up to date

We will of course keep you informed about the status of your order. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can easily follow the shipment. Do you have questions about the delivery time? Our customer service is ready to help you.

Thank you for your understanding

We appreciate your patience and are confident that you will receive your order with great pleasure. Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Special shipments

If you have purchased furniture, delivery will be via our own couriers from Ted and Martin. We will contact you a day in advance between 08:00 and 22:00 when we will personally deliver the order to you.

Reflection period/return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You must report your return to us at all times, you can send an e-mail to info@tedenmartin.nl. This stating your order number.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to Ted and Martin are at your own expense. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right, you can contact us via info@tedenmartin.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. The return address is Ted and Martin, Kieftentuin 79, 1689 LL ZWAAG.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

Use transparent or fragile tape to seal the box. Do not use duck tape, this will destroy our original product packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns of lamps that have already been mounted and hung.

Damaged products
If a product is delivered to you damaged by us, you must email us clear photos of the products received within 2 days. We would like to receive photos of the packaging and the damaged product. As soon as we have received these photos, we will contact you.
